Glacier 3000

Glacier 3000 is a company with chair lifts and cable cars in Les Diablerets, Switzerland. However, we referred to the whole area as glacier 3000, because that's how we could find everything online.

There are a ton of snow activities on the mountain from skiing, tobogganing and dog sledding. We just went for the view and lunch, and that alone was worth the cable car fee.

We took two separate cable cars to get to the top of the mountain to the "peak walk". It is a suspension bridge that connects two different peaks.

The viewing point at the top provides a full panoramic view of the mountain range. You can see for miles, and we had the perfect day to visit. In the distance, you could see the clouds below us, we were so high up.

It was so warm and clear, which I am sure added to the experience. If it would have been windy or foggy like it was when we visited Pilatus, we probably wouldn't have gone.

We took a ton of pictures before sitting for lunch with an equally beautiful view. Considering we were at the top of a mountain on Christmas Eve, they had a ton of options and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend eating at the top, or at least stopping for a drink.
